My best HK hotel so far!

Though the hotel exterior looked old, but I managed to get a newly renovated room and a kind upgrade from Bonnie Wong. Love the room a lot! Just a tiny wish to have an AirPlay or Screen Sharing option on TV would be wonderful. Thanks Sheraton for making my stay memorable!

Our stay was wonderful, all the staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean and quiet. Location was very convenient as it was close to MTR and many shopping malls. Our room keeper Elaine was wonderful in keeping our room tidy and clean. I would recommend this location for others who wish to visit Hong Kong.

The hotel room was very small so it felt a bit crowded and hard to move around in. The bathroom door did not close. I hated the partial shower door. The bedroom door didn’t seem too soundproof; therefore, the hallway was really noisy. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful though. Convenient location and good price.

The breakfast selection was limited, and the room was quite small and not very clean. However, the location was a plus — accessible and within walking distance to nearby shopping, the Arena of Stars, and other attractions. The harbour view from our room was definitely a nice added touch.

Nice Stay with a Minor Cleanliness Concern

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. We enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast was fine. However, I did have a minor issue with the cleanliness of our room. Upon arrival, I noticed a stray nail and some fake eyelashes on the floor, which was disappointing. While it didn't ruin our stay, it did detract from the otherwise excellent ambiance.
