My room was located on the highest level at the end/corner thus it was quiet and nice. Enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Staff were friendly and helpful in giving suggestion of locations of local food. Great location as walking distance to the Jetty as l need to take the ferry to & from Butterworth to access the train.

The hotel was in excellent location. Staff are very helpful. The breakfast had a lot of choice. Most of the food you would expect to be hot was cold eg fried eggs?! But the fruit, pastries and waffles filled us up. Also the restaurant is well advertised on site and online - was closed which was disappointing.

Whilst touring Malaysia I stopped off at Georgetown Penang for 3 nights I stayed at the Victoria Garden hotel. It was excellent from the minute I walked through the door. All Staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. The Hotel is modern, well furnished and immaculately clean. It is in a good location to explore Georgetown and surrounding areas. The rooms are very good and well serviced. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again on my next visit.

Good location with friendly and helpful staff. Front office staff, WJ helped me to arrange a taxi at 4am to go to airport. Since it was too early to have breakfast, kitchen staff arranged a fruit plate for me the day before. Fantastic service, the room also very nice. I will definitely come back next time I go to Penang.

Decent

The hotel is located on a relatively quiet street except for the bar directly across from the hotel which plays very loud music till late at night. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Location is convenient in George town. Room and bathroom was clean. The bed was quite hard and the pillows were too soft (sank in completely). Overall, a decent hotel to stay in for a few nights.
