Very bad from the hotel and Hotels.com

One of the worst hotels I stayed in. I’m not sure how this hotel is 5 stars. Loads mosquitoes, dirty and also not convenient. I booked 2 nights but due to personal reasons I had to cancel one night and the reception agreed to refund me back. When I checked out, after 3 days, there was no response from the hotel. When I contacted them they said they can’t refund me. Partial mistake is also from Hotels.com which have me bad services and the staff seemed not to know what they doing. I won’t be booking through hotels.com anymore due to poor service and unprofessional approach to the situation.
