We were on the ground level so we couldnt open the windows without people standing outside smoking. Also the bins were sat outside our room and stank. Reception staff was not friendly or helpful. Rooms were nicely renovated and beds were comfortable it was a nice area but i think the ground level was just a terrible level to be on. In the photos the two rooms we had were on both corners on the street level.

Our stay was great, so much so that we’ve already rebooked another stay. The location is brilliant. Nestled in between Gran Via and Calle Arsenal for the shoppers and the shortest walk to Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel and too many restaurants and cafes to count! Room had a soft queen bed, and a large bathroom, and very nice, polite and helpful staff.

Hotel was very comfortable and clean, and staff was lovely. I'm sure some rooms are quiet, but ours was on the side of the building facing a small plaza and it was very noisy until late late into the night, making sleep very difficult.

Fantastic stay and great location. The staff was super helpful with booking dinner reservations and giving dinner suggestions. The location was fantastic. For being in the middle of a busy section of the city it felt very chill and was very quiet in the hotel. The hotel room needs a good paint job but was very clean. I would stay here again for sure.

Hotel ubicado en zona céntrica por lo que es muy fácil llegar a todos los puntos de interés. Al llegar nos asignaron una habitación “adaptada”, la cual tenía un baño bastante incómodo ya que no tenía cortinas/mampara en la ducha y el lavabo era pequeño. Afortunadamente nos cambiaron de habitación al día siguiente sin problema. La habitación a la que nos cambiaron cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Hay café en cápsulas disponible durante la estadía. El personal de recepción ha sido muy amable en todo momento.
