I highly recommend trying the homemade jams—they’re deliciously original, with unique flavors like carrot-lemon and rhubarb. Thora, our host, is incredibly kind and welcoming; she truly makes you feel at home.

The host was so kind and attentive. The view from the bedroom window was brilliant. In the heart of the Icelandic countryside. Incredibly we were certain we even saw an arctic fox from the window although I was not quick enough in getting my 'phone to photograph it (and prove it !). The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
