"Convenient to the airport "

"The hotel was wonderful. The staff, just everyone so nice. There is a woman who sings and plays acustic guitar at night, very pleasent. Your in center city so yes traffic but still easy get taxie, shopping mail is only like 8 minutes to walk. It a great place, and yes very hot water for shower. This will be one of my main stays when i visit again."

"My stay at Mactan Grand Golden Hotel was amazing. Friendly Staff. Great facilities and cute unique restaurant upstairs. I love the whole set up. I wish the Hotel located near malls in walking distance or any convenient store nearby, would been much better. It was rained when we stayed there so the street was flooded. Other than that it was amazing and the staff are so quick to get there when you need something. Highly recommended. "

"The location is conveniently close to our meeting venue and easy to reach for Grab drivers. The food is good, and the hotel overall is clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the complimentary water, welcome snacks, and the thoughtful welcome letter it added a special touch. The staff is friendly and accommodating. "It was convenient to the mall. It took the next day to realize the elevators took us there. It was clean besides a stain on a pillow. There was only a bed sheet instead of a fitted sheet. I liked it had a little fridge and dining table. The bathroom reminded me of a motorhome style. It had a little souviner shop downstairs, I wish it was stocked with more stuff. Breakfast was neat. I like the cafeteria/self serve style. I would stay again if in the area for a night or two. "

"We live in Cebu City Philippines. I'm an American and, as you might expect, my standards are routinely not met by local Philippine establishments. In this case, however, I will say that the Waterfront hotel was on the highest western standard. From service to facilities to food, everything was the highest quality. The room was clean. Every common area was also spotless, which is one of those things you may not notice top of mind, but it affects your perception. Every corner of every small spot had clearly been cleaned that day. I also notice the staff was wearing clothing that was obviously cleaned that previous night or morning. This is not always the way in the Philippines, but Waterfront is an exception in a Third World country. So, if you're an expat or a person visiting from the west, THIS is your go to hotel in Cebu City. I even got a deal on Hotels.com. I should also mention that I've lived in the Philippines in a pretty upscale condo building in IT Park just 5 minutes from the hotel. My condo building had a 36 hour power outage for "maintenance", so my wife, 2 year old son and myself went to the Waterfront hotel. Other than refusing to let my 2 year old into the casino (which was more a joke than anything), it was a perfect stay. Thank you!"

"I loved how close this was to everywhere I needed to be, and that it's one of the few places with a pool within the city. Walkable to the Basilica and Market, Walkable to the most shuttles and jeeps that go to Fuente osmeña and the port My only thing is to ask for a squeegee because of the design of some of their showers. Mine wasn't draining which was a concern"

"A lot of options in terms of what to do in the property. They have multiple pools and an inflatable obstacle course. The beach area is well maintained and they have a decent size beach front compared to other resorts in the area. The buffet is great they have good selections of food ranging from Filipino , Korean, American food etc… The room price is very competitive if not one of the most affordable in the area. "
