"Close to the city center and even though the parking under the hotel was full there is a large parking garage close by. Note that the parking spots in the garage are on the slimer side so if you have a larger car it might be worth looking around for a bit for a good spot. Very friendly staff and and a nice breakfast. Only negative is the chlorine smell from the pool area in the reception."

The hotel had no AC and the weather was warm but we were provided with an adequate stand fan and we opened the windows fully. There is a limited "early bird" breakfast at 6 AM, which is adequate for those that have an early train or bus. We were not able to avail of the regular breakfast due to an early train."

"Spent 2 nights, very clean room and good shower although the room was small it lived up to our expectations -also tea and coffee facilities. We drove to Predikestolen and walked the 4,5 km to the top and then back. Drove back to the hotel including the ferry and ate a good meal in the restaurant. Slept like a log. Very good breakfast may i add and coming from Yorkshire i am an expert in this field. "
