"Great staff, good food, but guests often left rubbish and glasses around the pool etc and although that’s not the hotels fault they should have staff going round and keeping it tidy on a regular basis"

"A beautiful resort. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely. Beach was clean and safe. Sundowners watching the sunset each evening were fab. We played padel and tennis. I would recommend that you reduce the padel price for guests who have their own rackets and balls which we did. We had a lovely holiday, thank you."

"A Truly Memorable Stay – Warm, Welcoming, and So Worth It! My fiancé and I came from Canada and stayed two nights at Crystal Beach Resort Bellemare in December 2023 and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the warm welcome to the incredible service, everything was exceptional. The food was fresh and varied, the drinks were great, and the entire staff from reception, housekeeping and restaurant made us feel genuinely cared for. As Mauritians living abroad, we were deeply touched by how respectfully we were treated just like any international guest. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience at every hotels we’ve been in Mauritius, but this hotel made us feel truly seen, welcomed, and appreciated. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the heated pool was the cherry on top. We felt completely relaxed and on vacation. I loved it so much that we gifted a stay to my parents a 2 nights all-inclusive stay. It was their first-ever hotel getaway and they were absolutely glowing with happiness the entire time! The hotel restaurants are good and in the immediate area around the hotel there are lots of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended!"

"Le Preskill island resort is nestled by a crystal-clear lagoon on the south east coast of Mauritius. What I liked most about the hotel is the stunning sea view, mountain, additional facilities, restaurant, and the overall atmosphere. The hotel's customer service is truly exceptional. The staff ( Alain, Mackline, Shenaz, Deepak, Ravi Sankonah, Ravi Teelwah, Chrisna, Anand, Pravin, Cindy ) were great, very welcoming and helpful. The food was terrific. "We travelled from Australia and stayed at this beautiful hotel in Mauritius, let me tell you hands down this is one of the best hotels I have been to with breathtaking sea views, private beach, beautifully unique designed hotel and best five star in class service. Thank you to security at the front of the hotel for your exceptional service and friendly smiles each day. There is one highlight that we will never forget which is the dine in at the Tek Tek restaurant with our own private chef. The six course menu was inspired by the islands rich culture and let me tell you the food was on another level with the combination of flavours the dishes were perfection. Each dish was made with love from the Chef. Thank you Chef Shiva and Helper Karan for the most wonderful night and dine in experience you both made our experience staying at Mauritius incredible.
