"I really loved it! Apparently I was the first one to book when it got online, and I was welcomed in such a nice and enthusiastic way! All the staff was amazing and super friendly. The location is the best you can imagine, its close to everything, but you dont hear any noice. If I go back to Isla Mujeres, I will definitely stay here again. "

"It’s close to everything. It’s better than it was when it was called Sayil Hotel. Two of the four nights a worker or owners child yelled and cried til 10:40-11 pm. Take earplugs. Staff was very nice."

"This place was so beautiful and quiet. I loved it. The people were so helpful. The front desk also helped me with getting a ride around the island to take some pictures from the taxi driver. The complimentary breakfast was simple and delicious. They had an espresso machine, pan dulce and fruits available. My room overlooked the surrounding jungle and beach it was amazing. "

"Very inexpensive but a nice little hotel in town not swimming pool or anything like it but we just wanted to spend the night in a clean and safe hotel and beds where ok and clean . Some how expedia did not comunicate wuth hotel but they work with us and respected the price expedia had. They were very nice ,but they did not speak English but i did speak spanish so problem solved . "

"We had a great stay, sadly the property behind our unit was an old tin shed and the wind was blowing the tin roof of the shed back and forth smashing each time keeping us up for 3 of the 7 nights. The staff said that there was nothing they could do as the owner of that land was unwilling to help! We had a great time otherwise!"
