"Casa Joseph has thought of everything, to sunscreen and aloe caddies bright to the beach cabanas to having daily yoga/fitness offerings. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. 15 minute walk to either end of the beach where there are commercial areas with shops and restaurants. "

Very cute spot and beautiful beach that's not overcrowded with tourists. Aside from the beach there is not too much to do unless you book some wildlife adventure tours. Surfing season is april-june so not much surfing during my stay in January.

"The Blater Hotel ticked all of our boxes in terms of needs - just brilliant.
Sea-views from the top pool. Swim and watch the surf. Middle of Zicatela beach - could view both ends of the beach and walk to each also. Away from the bass of the clubs which pound each end of the beach. Walkable to restaurants and stores which we did each night. Safe and secure. Clean. Staff organised taxis for us as needed. Pools were clean. AC was cold. Would we stay here again? 100%. Perfect for us as a family. "

The wifi wasn’t good in our room at all but near the reception it was fine.
The staff didn’t really offer a solution to the wifi when we asked.
The only heads up I’d say is there is construction next door and it goes on from 8am till about 10:30pm. I think this should have been said prior and then you can make your decision about staying or not. We didn’t get that chance.
Other than that it was a wonderful trip and hotel. There is a French bakery down the street called Panorama, absolutely recommend it."

"We had the pleasure of staying at Punta Nayaa for two nights and to say it was a little slice of Heaven is an understatement. Right from the beginning, the staff was attentive and friendly. We arrived at the hotel very early and they were happy to keep our bags for us, and let us lounge around by the pool till our room was ready, which they had us in well before the check-in time (very much appreciated). We booked the king with roof plunge pool, which was stunning to say the least. The food the hotel offered was also amazing! They have the best sourdough bread I have ever eaten. It's located in a quieter area, which was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle by the beach. The walk to town is on dirt roads for the most part, so just bring decent sandals/shoes and you shouldn't have any issues there. We also arranged the Bioluminescence lagoon tour and our transpiration to the bus station through the hotel, which was easy and convenient. I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience at this hotel. We definitely will plan to stay at this hotel again in the future, it was beautiful. "
