Make sure to get a room with a balcony facing the street called Paseo de la Reforma, it's very well worth it. Or you could go to the rooftop for amazing views of the city. The location is incredibly convenient and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and convenience stores, which made exploring the area and grabbing essentials really easy. "The hotel is a new facility so everything was neat and clean.
Breakfast is excellent and the rooms are spacious with all the appliances you will need during your stay.
The hotel area is more as a business zone with offices and shops, so it wasn't walkable at all but safe.
The staff of the hotel were good and helpful.
The only issue we had was on the first night/second day of the stay. There was a short circuit from the public grid that affected the hotel transformer leaving the whole hotel without power.
Luckily we were relocated on another close hotel from the same company and spent that night over there while the power problem was fixed.
I will definitely book again in the future. "
