"The receptionist was rude when I checked in, and I was charged two extra people cuz they told me I didn’t paid 4, just 2 (that was an absolute mistake, I paid 4) they didn’t wanted to borrow me 2 extra towels even when I told them that I paid for that services for 4 people. They didn’t changed my bedsheets until I asked them."

"Wonderful staff and fantastic location but this is a 2-star hotel. You get what you pay for. You may get mould on walls, only half the light fixtures working and a cockroach on your bed as we did. And we supposedly got a renovated room.
So if you’re looking for practical this is your place but not ideal for else.
Also when you’re next to the main plaza you also get all the public activity inside your room! "

"I stayed at Venedik Hotel as an emergency option. It was a great surprise to find a cheap, well-located hotel with incredible staff. My only issue was with the AC unit, which apparently is managed by the staff. I could not regulate it by myself, either when to turn it on and off or the temperature, so I had to walk downstairs to request to turn it on again."

"Nice property that needs some TLC. Still everything worked and it had good air conditioning.
The staff were friendly, I slept well on the bed and the TB worked well. WiFi was OK.
Veneer was peeling off the door and it needs a few other fixes but for the price, it was a bargain and clean comfortable hotel in a very good area in the port.
Just a few minutes walk from the Zocalo and lots of shops restaurants and bars

"Google Maps is wrong, it will lead you on the wrong side of the Avenue about 600 yards away....but once you find how to get there, it's worth it.
Spotless and comfortable hotel. It's situated in a part of a mall. There is underground parking that both the mall and the hotel use.
Once in the hotel, it was a great experience."
"I don't like the spa location it's very slippery due to the swimming pool they are on the way to the Spa
Buffet is excellent a lot food and good food "
"Arrived at the property late at night, was still greeted by friendly staff. The price was great for 2 nights. Property had A/C and it was just perfectly. Overall can’t complaint. "
"I love that the hotel is near the historical area. However, the area has seen better days. The area is safe, there are marines and police everywhere. Our view from our hotel room was an abandoned lot. The government is doing its best in restoring the area. Be aware when going there are a lot of ruins and unmaintained buildings. "
