"Nice stuff very helpful, walkable distance from many attractions of Mexico Cd, surprisingly cant heard the exterior noise thats a plus, they hold our luggage safe after we checkout for a few hours so another plus for that service, thank you hopefully see you soon :)"
"Amazing location! WiFi worked extremely well. Staff was friendly, check-in was quick, the shower water pressure was fantastic and we never ran out of hot water! They provided a big fan since the hotel does not have AC, so that’s something to keep in mind when you book here. The nights were cool and I run hot, so I didn’t even need AC while here. Would recommend! "
"I have stayed here before and would not hesitate to stay here again. A great place to stay at with beautiful views of the city. Make sure to get a room with a balcony facing the street called Paseo de la Reforma, it's very well worth it. Or you could go to the rooftop for amazing views of the city. And they have a car garage if you need one."

The location is incredibly convenient and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and convenience stores, which made exploring the area and grabbing essentials really easy. "The Hotels has a magnificent pool. I was taken by surprise by how gorgeous it is. You can enjoy some nice musoc, a cocktail and fool near the pool area and they have plenty of clean towels around. The pool is heated and covered which makes for a great plan for a rainy day. The room we got was clean, well designed and had good natural lighting. The Hotel had a restaurant that we didn't try but looked organized and it located near the reforma monument and plenty of businesses and restaurants to enjoy. The only down part is that there's some street prostitution around but after asking Uber drivers and such, the area is quite safe. We walked around several times at night and never felt in danger. Overall I like the place, the staff was very gentle and they also exchange currencies in the lobby. The Hotel has a very extrange configuration that makes you feel like you are inse a cruise rather than a hotel. But besides that, is quite nice"
"Convenient distance from the airport. Spent one night before an early morning flight. The valet at the entrance was very attentive and nice (sorry, I didn't get his name) . The check in/out process was quick. The airport shuttle gets full really quick, so I opted for an Uber instead, but if you want to take advantage of it, be at the lobby with plenty of anticipation."
