"Helpful and courteous staff"

"Skyline is very clean, with a unique atmosphere. This is because of the wonderful and kind staff who are professional, polite, attentive to every detail , bright and happy. The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is definitely one to set you for the day. Personally i found no complaint with the food, the service and that they will go that extra mile. The bed i found slightly hard but it may well suit anothers taste. Bathroom clean and shower excellent. There is 24 hour security with a detector on entry. Gates are locked at the top of stairs at night and a shutter is pulled down over the front door. Security is outside also. There is roof top bar , airy and spacious. Its not a.problem to take a chair and table and sit on the flat roof itself. The sunrise is awesome. When i return to Eldoret i will definitely stay at Skyline, great value and impeccable service."

"This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Africa. It is an absolute jewell, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it is great being right above the Rupa mall. The gym and swimming pool are also excellent and I spent a lot of time out on the patio outside the bar relaxing and working"

"Be prepared to walk up and down hills. NO hot water in the shower.food was ok, but eat in your room if you want to be comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pictures don't really show you what this place is like."

"The Hotel is ok to good, the staff certainly raise the level. Rooms could certainly do with a refresh, the bathroom is straight out of the 80’s but kept clean. Bedroom windows wouldn't lock, and had gaps that let a lot of noise through. Food was good and varied enough. Overall a pleasant enough stay"

"Eldoret city lovely place but Comfy bathroom is a pity. The shower overflows to the floor below. The restaurant food needs to improve. Overall for the money it is ok if you want a cheap place at a cheap rate but please don’t pay to much for this place"
