"Spacious modern apartments close to the beach. Best accommodation we have stayed in for the price. The apartments look very new and are beautifully decorated. Only issue would be if you have a car, the road up to the property is narrow and difficult to navigate as cars go up and down all the time but struggle to pass each other. We didn’t have this problem thankfully as we were walking. "

"The hotel location is great, it's only few minutes walk from the port. Hotel has its own private beach and also very nice pool. It's right on the beach so there are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Very clean and nicely decorated."

"We were there for 8 days. The hotel was new and clean. The staff were freindly and helpful. It is an easy 20min walk to the promenade with excellent resturants and shops along the way. The one suprise was that it is not actually a beach-front hotel and doesn't own any umbrellas. The beach is a 5min walk away with umbrellas owned by two different hotels. You can rent the umbrellas for the day for €10-€15, cash only. Overall, a lovely stay."

"This is a really nice hotel. Clean rooms, beautiful view, lovely good sized pool. Good breakfast included too. It’s just nicely away from the main saranda drag, so you would benefit from having a car to make life easier. No food served except breakfast, but there are plenty of places close by that do a nice meal. My only warning. Don’t eat in your room!! We had a packet of crisps and there were ants within an hour. They left once we cleaned it all off though. This seems typical to the area. We had a lovely time and would definitely visit again. "

"Really 5 stars experience. The hotel is perfectly located, 5 minutes walk to the beach, and restaurants at the door step. Our room was 402, views the sea :), with two balconies, that allows us to see the most beautiful sunsets! the room was airy, modern, nicely decorated and was spotless! The bathroom, fantastic! The bed very comfortable! But what’s made the experience so special was the staff members that always have a smile in their faces, all super helpful and friendly. A BIG THANK YOU, to: Emiljian, Brian (bar), Fatjona and Leana ( reception) and also the guy that does it all( sorry I don’t know his name). Everything about our stay at 6 Milje was PERFECT! The breakfast was nice, always plenty of fruits. I totally recommend. We loved our stay, we felt welcomed and look after. Also my appreciation for the ladies who do the cleaning, because the room and the hotel grounds were always spotless! "

"Awful hotel. There was a reception desk but we did not see any staff the whole time we stayed. The front door was left open the whole time with no staff there and our room was right at the front. Anybody could walk in and out and we felt very unsafe. The room was fine/ ok. Only a really thin sheet to sleep in and when you have AC on this is not enough so we were cold all night. Found some foul smelling and dusty blankets in the cupboard for the following night which kept us warmer but felt unclean and smelled. A maintenance guy came to our room and barged into the toilet to have a look. He did something with the toilet and then left. We had no idea what was going on. The next day I smelled like sewage/ foul water whilst brushing my teeth with the tap water. From then on we had to use bottled water whilst brushing teeth. This is not even the worst part, the hotel terrace looks nothing like the pictures, there’s no where to sit and relax. It is next to one of the biggest trashiest clubs in Ksamil and you can hear loud banging club music until very late (past midnight). It’s really a horrible place, don’t stay here. "

"There are a huge number of hotels in Ksamil and I found it difficult to know which to book but L'Amo del Mare proved to be excellent choice. It is one of the few hotels with a pool (it actually has 2 - one on the rooftop and one on the lower floor). Hotel is in excellent conditions (probably pretty new). Breakfast served on rooftop terrace with views over sea. Daytime restaurant and bar is also here which is great place to watch sun go down. The hotel is very central so is lively at night but not too noisy and it seemed to quieten down not too late (we were there at weekend). The hotel is in small row of hotels (I think 3) which is much better than other hotel areas where there can be a huge number of hotels squeezed in together obscuring each others views. Highly recommended."

"Fantastic hotel, that fit our needs perfectly. We stayed in the very spacious 2 bedroom suite with a huge patio. The hotel is about a 40 min walk from the main promenade in the city, so a rental car is helpful if you don’t want to walk long distances. The location is much quieter than the main city, which suited us well. Several lovely restaurants around and also lots of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back. "
