My only issue was that the WiFi was not reliable, which made it difficult to access information during our stay. "

"Cute little hotel in a fantastic location. Definitely splurge on the sea facing rooms, the balcony was the highlight of our stay. I believe it’s run by a husband/wife Albanian duo and staffed by a few of the kindest Pilipino women. Everyone was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and beach towels were provided daily. A few things I would have liked to know before booking or upon check in: Parking costs extra and is down the street. Not a problem but it was a bit hard to find. A map would have been useful. The hotel provides passes for beach chairs and the beach down the street. A huge plus and something we loved but a map of how to find it would also have been useful. It is a bit noisy, walls are thin and music from the bars goes on until about midnight, but wasn’t a huge problem for us. The door handle of our room was broken the whole time, as was the toilet seat. Not a big problem, both worked well enough but I was surprised that neither were fixed. "

"This hotel is spendid. Its very clean, staff is kind. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Food was delicious. However with the location, the street and area look very poor. The street badly needs a repavement. If you enjoy spending all day at the beach, maybe hit the bar or restaurant later and sleep, this is the perfect place. Overall id give it a 10/10"

"Stunning stay in the hills above Gjirokastër. Beautiful hotel, food at the restaurant was amazing, stunning pool area and the staff could not do enough to ensure an amazing stay. If you are driving yourself to the hotel, do NOT follow Google maps, sure you ask for the road route video before you arrive to make life easier. The road leading through the town are very narrow and steep."

"Very good choice of hotel in Qeparo. Lots of steps to go the beach but if you can manage, it has a direct access to the beach and the boardwalk. The view is absolutely stunning and the breakfast was very good. There is parking available on-site for maybe 10-15 cars."

"We stayed 1 night in a triple room. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good and offered a good variety including made to order eggs. The hotel is a short walk from the old Bazaar and offers amazing views of Gjirokaster, we could see the castle from our room. "

"Beautiful hotel, newly built last year. Beautifully decorated in Albanian style and lots of Albanian pictures/artefacts etc on show. Room was very comfortable and a good size, shower was lovely. Breakfast was great, was made when we arrived in morning and brought out to us fresh. This included some hot Albanian foods, fruit, juice, coffee, cake. Lovely! Staff very friendly and helpful and the manager gave us a lift up to the town at night. Location great, just about 10 minute walk to bus station, 20mins or so up to the start of the walk to the castle/old bazaar. Free WiFi was good. No complaints at all, highly recommend! I willl be returning next time I am in Albania for sure 😃"

"Great location. Bus stop less than a 5 minute walk. Very close to several beaches. Loads of restaurants and bars near by. Breakfast was delicious at a nearby restaurant. Facilities were great. Aircon was very good. 100% would recommend. "

"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"The couple who’s running the hotel is very friendly and welcoming, and they have the cutest little dog. The mountain and sea view is breathtaking! Quiet, perfect for resting to recover from another day of Albanian adventures."

"If you, like me, were drawn in by the main image of beanbags on the beach, don't be. Whilst this is a bar owned by the hotel, you don't get access unless you buy drinks at the bar. As a mother with two young kids, this didn't happen and we didn't end up eating breakfast lounging on the beanbags with a view of the sea as I envisaged, but rather in the, not quite so fun, basic restaurant area behind the bar. Breakfast wasn't great either. The room was basic but clean and quite spacious and the hotel is right next to the beach. Unlike with other beachside hotels we stayed in, loungers were not included in the price but were extra (€10/day). We ended up leaving a day early and didn't receive a refund for that night (which would have been a nice gesture but to be fair, part of the cancellation agreement). "

"This is the third time staying to the property and so clean and the best customer service in Albania when it comes to hotels and food. highly recommend to family and friends to stay for a stress free visit in Tirana, all your vacation needs will be met! Have stayed at other hotels in Albania and this one is first class in my opinion."

"I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "
