"I actually enjoyed it, but it’s old fashioned and they need to upgrade door locks and put extract fans in the en suite. Saved me driving to Dublin that night. The breakfast was first rate, cooked fresh, not like the cremated sausages I got other places on this trip. Staff friendly. Look, it’s old fashioned from the Heinrich Böll era 1950s, damp smell in otherwise clean en suite. Good value but they need to upgrade a bit, door locks barely close, not very secure. Could be noisy if a noisy crowd...

"We arrived fairly late, around 8:30, but Desmond was there to greet us and check us in. He couldn’t have been more pleasant. The property was beautiful, the bedroom was nice and the hot, made to order breakfast with locally sourced food items was fabulous. We only wished we could have spent an additional night."
