The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly and even though it was little, i was incredibly thankful that they were able to print off my Shinkansen tickets. "The area is quiet and a convenient store was about a 10 mins walk away. We were looking for something close to the airport for an early flight out of Osaka but I wouldn't recommend staying here and communicating to Dotonbori or to other surrounding area of Osaka as it is a far drive. The place is spacious and had enough beds for our family of 5. Overall great location if you're looking for something close to KIX airport."
