"This is a delightful small hotel. Our room on the top floor was very comfortable and the bathroom remodel was well-designed and executed. We were well treated by friendly staff and fed a scrumptious breakfast. We enjoyed walking the nearby boardwalk and eating in the nearby pub, entertained by live music. "The location was fantastic! The establishment has been restored amazingly. Check in was easy, once the code worked for our door. No elevators and we were on the third floor, so we brought up only what we needed for the night. It was clean, quiet and our bed was comfortable. Location is great, walkable to the boardwalk and restaurants. "

"Very happy with this find, that we booked a 2nd night. The only thing we found was that golf for non Cape Breton residents was expensive. I think that if you are staying at the hotel, golf should be the same rate as residents. Otherwise, it is a wonderful location to lay our heads from our travels as well as a good spot to call home base for a couple days. "
