This time the service at the small Hotel Pool was bad, and after in the first time not to get a table at Lunch, we waited 50 min for the food.

"Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location! We had a room facing the busy public square. The soundproofing was amazing!!! Nice sized room that was super comfortable. We liked it so much, we extended our stay :) The restaurant downstairs was incredible also."

"Both receptionists, Clarissa and Nicole, were exceptionally helpful. Other than this, I struggle to find anything positive about this hotel for the following reasons: The bathroom was far too small and grubby. Placing the new toilet roll on top of the toilet brush is not anyone’s idea of standard sanitation. The toiletries provided included shower gel and body lotion but no shampoo. "Really nicely decorated, charming Italian hotel. The staff and especially the ladies at reception are super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast with fresh pastries, cakes, eggs cooked on order. Really nice setting and a great base to discover the region, free parking is a big plus too. Absolutely recommend this hotel."

It runs every hour in and out of town which saved us a lot in taxi fares. 4/5 for cleanliness due to finding a few ants in the bed but, to be honest, this is expected in a ground floor apartment in July so we didn't mention it to staff. Other than that all clean and well presented. "

"This property is spotless, the staff are friendly and the food just gorgeous. The place is well thought out. A small car park, followed by the hot tub and pool, with sunbeds. There is also a sun terrace upstairs that is really nice but noone really used it apart from a couple of people. We never used the spa but you can book in to have a massage. The location is less than 5 mins to the lake and the town centre is about 10-15 min walk. Station is a good 25-30 mins walk but the tickets are easy to get and you can go to Verona, Milan or Venice quite easily. Great location, great staff and hotel. "
