"This is a beautiful place to stay, food is incredible especially the gnocchi. Very comfortable and clean to stay and the staff was super friendly! Good locks on doors and felt very safe. I Was worried because I got there super late and they were able to check me in.

"Fantastic relaxing and peaceful stay. We stayed at Abbazia for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary and we did not want to leave. Our stay was absolutely wonderful; the rooms are wonderful and the staff our so accommodating and friendly. The spa prices were very reasonable and I was impressed at the variety and quality of the many treatments they had on offer. The food was delicious with a different menu every day and dinner in the restaurant with the view of the Umbrian hills at sunset was beautiful. The two pool areas were clean and we enjoyed a very peaceful few days of sunbathing. I do recommend hiring a car for your stay as the prices of transfers or taxis are staggering (as taxis have to come from Assisi or Folignio) or if you plan to travel to any of the neighboring towns like Assisi, Montefalco or Perugia which are about 28 mins from the hotel by car. Our stay at Podere La Rocca was absolutely magical. Nestled in the rolling hills of Montepulciano, the property is the epitome of Tuscan charm—surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and stunning panoramic views that seem straight out of a postcard.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully rustic yet well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. We loved waking up to the sounds of the countryside and enjoying our coffee while watching the sunrise over the vineyards.
