"My family and I stayed for a week at Le Zarafe. The owners were all very friendly. The rooms were all of a good size, even the singles had double beds, and were cleaned every day. There was a good variety of toiletries and a non-slip mat in the shower which I appreciated.
Breakfast was very generous and the menu varied each day.
The only drawback for me, as an older visitor, was the swimming pool did not have a safety rail to assist getting in and out, but the pool area was very clean and there...

One minute from an excellent pizza shop. It’s up the hill from the beach so expect a hilly walk back up. Take your time, drop into a store get a Chino. Find the stairs right by the pizza shop and that is a much more direct way to the main roads/areas. If you want to save time. Otherwise meander the small roads and...

"Absolutely wonderful place. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She had such a glorious attitude. Parking was jusf a block away off the main square, free when we were there, but not sure other times. Charming little spot right in the heart of the town.

"The property is on a pedestrian only street which made it very quiet and walkable. The city parking lot is a short walk away if you have a car. Don't pay attention to GPS when you get there because it will keep telling you to turn down the road, which is pedestrian only."

The host is very nice. Dinner is plentiful and delicious. The pool and the garden are great. The kids really enjoyed it.
The four-person "tower"room was ours. Its entrance was behind the main building. The environment is unkempt and littered. The wall between the 2 tower rooms is so thin that you can clearly hear the conversations in the next room. This is very confusing. The room is dark, the ceiling height is low. There is no wifi in the room."

No mosquito nets at all so can't keep windows open. Very poor overall cleanliness (with exception of the pool bathrooms). "This is a great hotel with an unbelievable view of Greek ruins – – almost on par with the Acropolis in Athens. They have their own private entrance into the park. A great restaurant for breakfast and a very elegant dinner at night. "

Overall good instruction from check in to the apartment. Clearer instruction could be given for check out, no keys required and waited for sometime for staff availability to confirm check out. But they said don’t need to do anything we could have just left. "
