"Nice hotel, Good pool area. But you must have a bath cape in the pool….15-20min to walk to beach or city center. We drove down, no problem to find parking and the hotel has shuttle service. We recommend it a lot"

"Pretty good hotel for a short family stay. It does show some wear around the pool but overall pretty good. The buffet in the restaurant is overpriced. 25 euro is abit much and for kids 15 euro is 7,50 euro to high. "

Coté prestation rien à reprocher, les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses surtout pour l'Italie. La literie est parfaite.

As for the rooms, I was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t open my window as we had a family in an apartment less than 2 feet away. To make things worse, this is the first seaside hotel I’ve ever experienced the charges for beach towels - a simple amenity. "

"Room was not as described online, 2 single beds instead of a double (states online that the room sleeps 3, but nowhere for a 3rd person to sleep - lucky there was only 2 of us), smell of stale smoke as soon as you enter the room, no toilet roll provided, no towels provided, unclean room and balcony and incredibly run down, states online that parking is 5 euro per night and they expect 10 euro per night when you arrive. We are not fussy people and often sleep in hostels but this is not a 3 star ‘hotel’ - it should be a 1 star! "

The space was an underground car space that was very difficult to park in as the space was very tight and had to reverse all way out up a ramp to get out of. "I put the hotel name in my SatNav, it took me to a blocked street. I got out, walked around, eventually finding the hotel. At the hotel, check-in was poor, I got my car, came back and was met by somebody who, well, did nothing. I joined a long queue of elderly folk settling their accounts, and once at the front, the guy who did nothing then seeks to check me in - after I have waited....
The room had AC, but could only go as low as 19C, so it took a long time to cool, the room was hot & sticky. So sticky I took my shirt off and sat on the bed with my laptop on my knee to work. I could not get the WiFi to work, so had to hotspot via my cellphone. During this time, my naked back was against the bed's headboard which had a foam/plastic covering. When I moved, this stuck to me, peeling off the headboard, I had to scrape it off my back! When I checked out I spoke of these things to the reception.....they laughed at me."

"We were looking forward to a relaxing break at this hotel. Our room was supposed to be a superior room but was disappointing. When I booked on the hotels.com website it showed the hotel having a pool and this was a chief selling point. There was no pool. The hotel is right on the edge of Pietra Ligure so it's a fair walk to where restaurants and shops are. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu and is quite pricey especially for wine. As we weren't happy overall we cut short our stay. In fairness the breakfast was very good and the views from the restaurant were outstanding "
