Can recommend the night ticket for a discounted price and if travelling in summer, less heat. The hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the venue. "This property is spotless, the staff are friendly and the food just gorgeous. The place is well thought out. A small car park, followed by the hot tub and pool, with sunbeds. There is also a sun terrace upstairs that is really nice but noone really used it apart from a couple of people. We never used the spa but you can book in to have a massage. The location is less than 5 mins to the lake and the town centre is about 10-15 min walk. Station is a good 25-30 mins walk but the tickets are easy to get and you can go to Verona, Milan or Venice quite easily. Great location, great staff and hotel. "

"The hotel is very nice overall — clean, comfortable, and with a pleasant atmosphere, though it does feel a bit dated in terms of decor and facilities. The room was tidy, and the bed was fine, but the pillows were quite old and not very comfortable. They did offer other pillow options, but only for an additional fee of €3, which felt a bit unnecessary.
Breakfast was very good in terms of quality, but somewhat limited for vegetarians. Some items commonly included in hotel breakfasts (like plant-based alternatives or hot vegetarian options) were only available for an extra charge — up to €11.
My main disappointment was the location. The hotel is quite far from any kind of public transportation. If you plan to go anywhere, you’ll most likely need to take a taxi, which adds up quickly and makes the stay less convenient."
