"When we arrived, we were not greeted warmly, almost accusing us of not having a reservation. While we were searching, she took a phone call and said” ah yes ! Here you are!” There was no one else in the hotel- we arrived on our floor, the door was closed to the hallway we had to walk down. Lights would not turn on. The room was nothing more than a motel 6, but the view was spectacular. Went down to have a beer. Server was not friendly at all- said no English! Sadly he was our server for dinner....

"The staff at breakfast and dinner were excellent. At breakfast one morning, they ran out of the only hot item, eggs and never brought out more. I assume they didn't have any more to be served. Many people came and had to go without. Also, at check-in there were the hosts little kids running around which was kind of annoying."
