"I knew I was in for a noisy ride when they put me in a room behind the reception. I was right. The staff were very noisy from 7 in the morning. Big gap under the door so it felt like they were in my room. Then, low and behold, the cleaner just walked in at 830 without knocking. She didn’t apologise or even lock the door. "This BnB is not accesible with car. You have to park at least meters apart and to carry on the luggage. The most important problem is that there is no elevator with very steep stairs some very difficult for middle age customers. Furthermore, the noise from the street makes the night a nightmare. We didn't know what to expect but we had the most amazing time at this resort. From our arrival to our departure, the entire team treated us like family. We took part in the cooking class and it was a great experience ... although we preferred eating the chef's cooking instead of ours. :) Every meal we had (and we had breakfast, lunch, and multiple dinners) was better than the last, which I didn't think was possible. Leone was the kindest person we have ever met and I will remember him and his amazing wine recommendations always. The property itself was one of the best I've seen. The pool was beautiful, the rooms were large, beds comfortable and very clean. We ventured into town via bike, which was great, but we enjoyed being at the resort even more! This was such a magical place and we will absolutely be back."
