Located a 60 second walk from a wonderful cobblestone street with restaurants, cafes, bars, gelato, etc. Yet the rooms themselves are perfectly quiet as they have modern noise cancelling windows and face away from said street. The region of Abruzzo is a total gem, full of hiking and hill towns, yet is only a 2 hour drive from Rome. The best part is the family that own and run the hotel are so kind and helpful. "

Campagna has historical sites which housed Jews during war, but the Italians were kind to the prisoners, which caused some their lives.
