No food except a wonderful breakfast in the AM, so come prepared or eat near the beach area. It's a rocky beach so bring proper water shoes... the only downside is that Agriturismo De Luca is a bit difficult to find. Make sure you have explicit instructions before heading out and don't try to find it at night. Be careful to give the owners an...

The owner was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She has little English but Google translate came in handy every day . The lady of the house recommended restaurant to eat in at night time .. Breakfast was simple with tea and toast, and Villa had a relaxed vibe. The pool was a real highlight — crystal clear and beautifully maintained — and the grounds were stunning and peaceful. A perfect place to unwind. "Unfortunately our stay was less than satisfactory. The hotel didn’t have air conditioning, pool was drained, internet was down, and the weather was hot. The hotel is surrounded by a very, very busy and noisy road; we had to keep the windows open to cool the room and the road noise was awful and bugs came into our room. The hotel was sparsely staffed and breakfast was not good (this was the 6th hotel we’ve stayed at on our road trip). The rooms were clean and the limited staff members were all nice and apologetic for the problems."

"I have a problem with how to rate this stay.
We arrived at the place, we didn't find any instructions where the key was, what to do, etc.
It turned out that the owner did not know about our arrival. We ordered through the booking service, according to the description on the website, something different than, as the host told us, he usually offers. I had the impression that the host was trying to help us, but I was dumbfounded, because for the first time it turned out that I ordered something different than described on the website, and for one person, even though the search engine searches for two by default. After I paid extra, the host made the room available to us.
The place is tastefully decorated, comfortable sleeping. The minuses are the musty smell in the entire facility and the air conditioning is so efficient that we were able to fall asleep only at about 2 a.m., 6 hours after it was turned on. Anyway, I don't know how to evaluate the whole thing. I don't know who was at fault, because it certainly wasn't me, that instead of a peaceful night's stay during the trip I received a stressful situation, I felt like I was extorting something that I wasn't entitled to. Although I assume the good will of the host, who didn't tell me to leave, but only to pay more, I rate the whole thing at most 3 stars. And I don't want to find myself in a similar situation ever again."
