"The included breakfast at this property was one of the best I have experienced in many trips to Israel. Haifa is hilly and this property is very strategically located in a beautiful area called the Old German village. The B'hai gardens are a 10-minute walk away. I travel to Haifa with some frequency and will book this hotel again. "
"Although centrally located, this was a far cry from being a motel. It was more like a boarding house. As the only guests, our “host” placed us into a very small room that could barely accommodate our luggage. The towels that weee provided had no absorbing power left in them, the shampoo bottles were used, half empty, and there was nobody to speak to in the evening. As per the Expedia ad, there was a pool available, free parking, and a gym. No such things were available. We had to pay 80 NIS per night for parking.
After complaining about our room and the dirty kitchen, the host moved us to a larger room.
At check in, the host proudly showed us the kitchen and told us that we were welcome to use it. The plastic tablecloths were filthy, there was no dish soap available, nor paper towels. The toaster oven was broken and the trash had not been emptied in who knows how long. It smelled awful! Stay away from this place"
"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was pretty and clean. The only thing we didn't like is that in the double bed there were 2 seperate mattresses."
"Really nice authentic boutique hotel in a great location, if you want to be in the German Colony. Walk away from the port and plenty of restaurants in between. Good breakfast. "
"Place not so expensive but amazing. Has laundry and drier. Has kitchen with big fridge, microwave, water boiler, utensils, plates, I think has portable single cookware. Good AC. Nice bathroom too. Owner was very responsive. You’ll need to have WhatsApp to better communicate with owner though.
Very close to Bahá’i gardens, 1-2 mins walk to the ground terraces.
Just few steps going out is Pizza Hut and some diners, ice cream, then around the block is a Bakery and some convenience store not by the main Ben Gurion road but turn in by a stop light. Good stay. "
"From the front desk, staff to the waiters to the poolside attendance everyone is attentive, friendly, and inviting
The grounds are comfortable and inviting as is the pool area and the front lobby is a comfortable meeting place for the large group that we were for this event"
"I recently stayed at Master Haifa Apartments, and I have to say, it was an excellent choice. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and spacious the apartment was. The modern decor and comfortable furnishings made it feel like a true home away from home. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to prepare my own meals easily.
The location was perfect right on the beach—close to the rail station so getting around was a breeze. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Staff were very responsive to all our questions. They were always available to answer questions and made sure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, I felt I got great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend Master Haifa Apartments to anyone visiting the area. It truly exceeded my expectations!"
"We enjoyed our time there. Beaches right across the street with entertainment along with a nice walk along the beach side.
Everyone was very quaint very comfortable. We will return once again!"
"Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. For the adventurous traveller only. "
"I stayed at the Domus Hotel in Bat Galim, Haifa for over a month, and it was a fantastic experience that truly justifies all the great reviews it gets. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel is perfectly situated right by the Mediterranean Sea, offering breathtaking views. The proximity to the water made the location simply amazing.
I stayed in a studio room, which was perfect in every way—clean and everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast was great, though not expansive, making it a perfect start to my day.
The staff at Domus Hotel are super friendly and truly go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Special thanks to: Alla - the manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly, Mohadi - always super helpful, Ira and Lylia - from housekeeping, who ensured the rooms were spotless, Jacob and Adrey - from maintenance, who kept everything in top condition, and Oren - who was fantastic in extending my stay by ten days.
The surrounding neighborhood is super walkable with many great coffee shops, restaurants, and a nearby supermarket. Being part of Haifa, the hotel is close to everything, including the Haifa German Colony area and downtown Haifa, which have fantastic restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops.
Thank you again to the Dumas staff for making a perfect stay!
