" They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s . I think better idea is to include price of drinking water per person per day that way you can stock some water. The bedsheet was dirty and when I asked to change it they did but it's also dirty. The person told us all the bedsheets look dirty. Washroom is not much clean. Toilet bowl is surely not clean. Water supply is short. So anytime of the day water there is so less water in faucet/ tap- it takes over an hour to fill a bucket. AC works well. No issues with that.The staff keeps loud music on when they do room service of other rooms. So that was disturbing as we were taking nap between afternoon hours. Breakfast is pricy but tasty. There is so much garbage right outside hotel and between Mahindra showroom. Even if that is on street I feel hotel should get it cleaned People who come hotel do walk on that street. The best thing about hotel is location. Very convenient location & Mr. Vivek Patel was extremely helpful,front counter person. He tried his best to help us with arranging bike ride for myself & my mom as our uber was waiting midway. "

"Stayed there for MahaKumbh parv. Stayed in room no 6 in ground floor. Decent hotel. Food was better than other places. They have lot of menu options. Room was ok. No complaints. Paid 10k during my stay. Too costly for the room type, but considering it was MahaKumbh parv and as everywhere rates were 5x, this was a good deal."

"The property is a rundown apartment , doesn't have proper ventilation. The Staff/Hotel Owner charged us 1000Rs more as we were 5 people to stay for 2 rooms. When booking the Hotel , I specifically mentioned that were 3 people and selected a Deluxe room (for 3 people) and Normal room (for 2 people)"

"The property was not as shown. To access it, one has to go down a tiny dirty lane. There was no sign stating it was the Fab Hotel Comfort inn. The corridors and elevator were tidy. In the room, the sheets and towel were stained. Only a single small soap bar was provided. Perhaps not the property’s fault but neighbouring rooms were very noisy all night. "

"First thing evening manager said we do not have reservation and later after we showed him reservation details he said we have reservation for one room and later said we have 2 room reservation but gave one room. Next day morning 8 AM he gave 2nd room and we checked out at 10 AM. Hotel charged us for 2 rooms and they provided only one room and no refund. Manager behavior was rude and do not have accountability. Manager said we can cancel the reservation for one room but we did not find option to cancel for one room in thae App. Room was not ready for us Blankets, glasses, cups were not clean. "

"Rooms were clean but the bathroom wasn’t. There was not enough towel for 2 people. Considering the price of the room, the quality of stay wasn’t justified."
