"We had a lovely time at this hotel; although there were renovations taking place which we weren’t aware of (which woke us up around 8am on day 1) the staff were happy to move us to a different floor where the renovations weren’t audible. The courtyard was a wonderful spot to enjoy a drink and conversation in the evening and the neighborhood was walkable. Ciao Bella was one of the fabulous restaurants close by. We’re looking forward to our next stay!"

The location is not in the heart of the popular tourist center but is a pleasant 30 minute walk away. It is also a short walk to a subway station for trips to airport, rail station or attractions on the outskirst of the city. Particularly appreciated was the good A/C on a 100 Degree day! The breakfast was additional cost but was very good and conventient. Recomend this lodging and would stay...

"Really easy if you have a morning flight out of Brussel - Zaventem Airport, (specially if your route to the airport leads through Antwerp, traffic is a disaster in the morning so better leave the evening before) this Holiday Inn Express is IMHO perfect for that, I am not sure the rate's are lower then normal in July, but what i paid (a Decent breakfast and shuttle included) is absolutely Value for money."

Arrived via train from Amsterdam, and the hotel was visible the moment we left the station (a matter of crossing the street, less than a 5-minute walk). Great staff! The room and bathroom were spacious and clean! And the breakfast was Super with plenty of choices! Note: There is quite the shopping mall inside the train station, restaurants and a grocery store among the numerous choices. Look forward to returning!"
