Room was tidy and clean, although noticeably dusty on the surfaces on shelving so that could do with a more in depth clean in that respect bar area clean and tidy, nice staff who spoke good English. "We booked a junior suite and it was very dirty upon checkin. Stains on walls, dirt on floors.
Condition was also appalling and there was no hot water on second morning.
No cleaning or tidying up was done during our stay.
Restaurant downstairs has very poor service level with grumpy staff."

"It was a beautiful hotel. A family hotel beautifully decorated and spacious. The owners were so helpful. If you stay you must try the wellness package where you have the entire facility to yourseif it was a fabulous 3 hours. Only problem for us not the hotels problem obviously but our events were in Maastricht and it's a bit of a spin into the city. Overall beautiful hotel."
