Room was ok, confortable but very Premier Inn like. Food at dinner was lovely, service at breakfast was terrible. There are other hotels in the area that are much better value for money."

"Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Had a good sized ground floor room with small patio leading on to a garden which is a very family friendly area. If patios were cleaned up e.g. sprayed with Wet and Forget and tables wiped it would make a huge difference because everything else is clean and well cared for. "All honesty horrible stay one member off staff made it terrible so rude and the second night off stay our room was smoked filled with a 9 month old baby with us wee had to get fans from the reception to clear the smoke from room shocked to say the least shame because such nice grounds and views most of the staff are nice except one individual made it horrible and we were all woke up with the smoke in room from 11:30 pm to around 2:30 am "
