"Our second stay here, we upgraded 33% to ‘comfort’, but the room wasn’t all that much different to ‘classic’. Still an ideal gastro destination!"

"Really enjoyed my stay at The Inn For All Seasons. It’s a genuinely charming place to stay and I’ll make sure I book there again when I’m next in the area. The staff are fantastic and because I couldn’t stay for breakfast, they made me a packed lunch to take away (they offered, I don’t ask). Really couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to the team!"

"The room is in good shape, but a little old. People are very helpful and friendly. Funny story, we ate both dinner and breakfast there .. they don't do special instructions very well. I asked for a medium rate steak and got well done, (but very tender) and at breakfast i asked for an egg fried hard and got runny. Minor blips, but service was great and very central location, bordering the river. Food was very lush."

"Solo Thames Path walker. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good for evening meal and breakfast. The price was reasonable and the location spot on. The room I was in was a little noisy, being above the bar and on the frontage but I’’ sure other rooms are fine and it did not stop me getting a good sleep."

"This hotel was very interesting, there are doors between the room in the hallway so it makes it very quiet. The room was very small but nice and clean. We did not eat here but it had a large dining room. "

"A one night sta with my wife. The room was clean and comfortable and my wife really appreciated the black-out curtains. Coffee , tea and water were provided. Bathroom was clean and we were able to have a decent shower. The pressure is not too strong but adequate enough and the water was hot. There are extensive grounds but it was raining one day and extremely hot the next so couldn't take advantage of a stroll.

"Had a nice stay at The Evenlode. Enjoyed the food. The room had everything we needed. Power sockets in good places, always important. Check in was easy, as was check out. Staff were friendly. A little concerned that the shower seemed to have two bottle of hand wash rather than shampoo and body wash. Overall a good stay. "

"The hotel was nice but the only way to our room was by 2 flights of stairs which made getting our bags to our room was a pain and would have been impossible for some. Staff at the desk was nice and freindly but the wait staff never smiled. Town is nice but i would stay in another town next time.

"Whilst a very comfortable stay, this place was just a guest house. No personal touches and no staff on site except at breakfast and check in. I was not aware of any common areas to sit in. You come in and go to your room -that's it.
Ok for a 2 night stay but probably not longer."

"Lovely homely friendly place.
They kindly let us check in early as we needed to change for a funeral.
So I am not sure if normally shower gel is provided, there was soap which I used.
Note to self 'pack some'
Beautiful room very clean & comfy "

If you have fun at Crocodiles of the World, you'll love Cotswold Wildlife Park, located nearby.
"Staffs are friendly. Swimming pool is definitely adding fun for the whole trip. Dinner and breakfast are excellent in terms of flavour and the portions. Room is newly renovated. It is clean and comfy. The only thing that concerned is the shower kind of weak in my room but it doesn’t matter a lot. Our family enjoy the trip in this hotel."
"I was at a festival up the road and this hotel was near by and reasonably priced. The breakfast was extra and that was a good price. Excellent priced at £12.50 and very good with a great selection. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. Check-in and out very simple. Wished I had time for the facility’s So good I might book it again end of month."
"Nice room. Comfortable bed. Both kettle and coffee maker available with biscuits! Bottled water in fridge. Quiet and great location on main high street. Plenty of parking. Staff polite, friendly and helpful."
"The hotel is beautiful, we were really impressed with the room and entrance hall. Check in was straightforward and we had a lovely dinner recommendation that we were pleased with."
"Studio apartment was perfect for my family, we were able to make food suited to our timings. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and the large terrace outside was a lovely bonus! "
"Great hotel with excellent location to the city of Oxford. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the beds comfortable. We stayed in the annexe with a shared bathroom but this was absolutely fine. I loved sitting in the garden area and the whole hotel had a nice homely feel to it. The continental breakfast is included in the room price but for a little extra you can order hot food. This always came really promptly and was freshly cooked. I will definitely stay here again when I next visit Oxford. My kids loved it too. "
"The Holiday Inn at Peartree has been my choice of hotel for the last 6 years of travelling to Oxford whilst my daughter was at University. This is the perfect location, with super friendly staff, lovely rooms and a great restaurant. Highly recommended. "
"It’s our second time staying at this property. It’s convenient, clean & overall a nice place to stay. As soon as you enter, it smells nice and fresh. The rooms are a good size, generally clean. You can’t hear any outside noise, or from other rooms. You can hear people walking through the corridor but that’s expected (it wasn’t bad at all). The staff were very polite and helpful.
There were only two things I felt could be better - providing dressing gown and/or slippers and the windows in our room were all frosted except one diagonal one. I understand it’s better for privacy but it would be nice to look out the window especially if they don’t open. These things aren’t a deal breaker I would recommend and will return :)"
"I asked for a small room and that is what it was. It would be great for an Oxford student visiting or a seasoned traveler more concerned with the schedule and not the room. Great room for the price, clean and easy. They have bigger rooms and I have not seen them. I was pleased with what I got."
"A lovely hotel situated in a good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Superior room was excellent. A nice size with a double shower and bath. Bed was comfy. Hotel restaurant had a good choice and food was of a very good standard. Breakfast particularly set us up well for the day. Hotel staff were also welcoming and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again."
"Trip with my daughter. The room at the hotel was gorgeous, updated rooms with adjustable lighting and sensors
Comfortable bed all the amenities
Restaurant food was delicious"
