"Thank you Archie who went above and beyond after a 25 hour flight from Australia. Love the location although it was hard to find. Very confusing when lifts only go up to the 2nd floor outside the terminal building. This needs to be explained in the hotel description especially for those arriving outside not from a flight in Gatwick. "
"Just a great experience. Great lobby porch and areas to relax. The town is right around the corner with many more areas to visit. Train is 600 feet from hotel and plenty of buses and taxis to get you wherever you want to go. Nice place to stay out of the London hustle and bustle but still close enough to get there and back quickly. "
"The service was really good overall, but there are two matters that need to be addressed
On the second day of our stay, we went to the pool after signing in at reception.around 11am However, after about 10–15 minutes, we were asked to leave due to a regular class taking place. This was disappointing as we were not informed about it in advance, and the kids were really upset."
"I booked this hotel as it was walking distance to main line train stations and local shops. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful. Lots of options to dine in and out, the bed was very comfortable, the room had a kettle for tea or coffee and complementary water bottles. "
"Amazing friendly service, super dog friendly and thoughtful. Gorgeous hotel, lovely grounds, superb food, simply delicious 😋. The best meal was breakfast, we were looked after by the amazing Bozena, she made us feel like royalty every day xx"
"The hotel was amazing! Quick check in and they were even able to accommodate me to a low level floor last minute. The restaurant in the hotel is delicious and the staff was super attentive to any allergies that I had. Upon check out I realized that the surrounding area didn't seem too safe but we felt safe during our stay. "
"Great hotel and experienced welcoming staff. Rooms very clean and with air conditioning. Good breakfast but expensive at £24. Location good with a car near A3 and M25. Local town of Cobham and Brooklands for supermarkets. Fridge in room but access to microwave would be useful. "
"Perfect…
Enjoyed an amazing spacious room
Brilliant staff that were extremely accommodating
Now my second visit in less than 3 weeks
Just wished I lived closer as I would definitely join with a membership to use the facilities
Spa ….gym and extra special feature an outside jacuzzi
Menu choices in the restaurant were great too as was the food
My only criticism is the special offer of 2 choices for a set price £25 was misleading as certain food choices which was the majority of the menu included a surcharge which I felt to be unreasonable with exception to maybe the steak dish to include a surcharge!
Two courses would of not been charged at £25 as advertised
That said I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner
Would happily return
Highly recommend
"
"From the moment we arrived, the service was lovely. The receptionist Gabriella was so friendly and gave us advice on travelling in and out of London. I made the hotel aware of my partners birthday and they placed a cake and a bottle of wine in the room along with balloons and towels made out of cake. Every member of staff we came in to contact with were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were lovely and had a fresh bottle of water and coffee and tea pods everyday. We had an uber to Wimbledon which was roughly £12 and got on the underground to get to London so getting about was easy. would 100% recommend."
"Great overnight stop in walking distance from Gatwick Airport. Good menu in restaurant with fast service, and outdoor garden area for sunny evenings."
