"We showed up at 10pm and no one was there. Everything was locked up and lights off. We kept ringing the bell, nocking on the door and calling the phone number but no one answered!!
After waiting over and hour in the the front door with zero answer we had no choice but to leave and it was not easy finding another hotel at 11pm. "

Old type lift where users have to open and close two “doors”. If doors are left open by exiting users, lift is stuck and time and effort used to identify location and close doors. More prominent instructions needed on lift."
