"The hotel was immaculate throughout. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed two chocolates upon checking in, bags were stored for us as our room was not ready early. The bed was extremely comfortable, AC was excellent and easy to use. Lights were electronic controls but easily learned. Shower water pressure was great. Felt very comfortable here."

Staff is very nice, helpful and available. Only downside is room for one is small (not enough room to layout luggage) and there appears to be homeless shelter area on start of the block where hotel is located - I never had any issues walking back and forth from the hotel on my own and never felt unsafe but just pay attention to your surroundings if you are solo traveler like I was. "

It is a short walk to Victoria Station and a walkable distance to Westminster Abbey. We found several nice restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store.
