Clean rooms throughout the building, only ate breakfast here on this visit and it was delicious, we were a little late for dinner on our first night but delivery takeaway was recommended using the Wrexham Eats app, cheaper than the well known apps. "

"Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Room was a little tired, but we did have a great outdoor space, being on the ground floor, although laundry next to the bedroom wasn't ideal when they delivered in the morning. Convenient for the town, and the hotel bar/bistro was a great space."

"It was a nice hotel, our room could do a with a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom ceiling needs sorting clearly there has been a problem in the past.
there needs to be more signposting around and inside hotel as we first parked at the spa not realising the hotel was tuck around the corner, so repack the car and drove round. Breakfast was lovely."

Didn't see very much of Wrexham as was only a quick stay. The views and countryside are beautiful but the traffic issue is horrendous for the last 20 miles.

"Took the grandsons for a few days glamping in one of the pods. Very clean and pretty much everything you need to camp with the added luxury of a real bed and shower. . Staff were really friendly and very helpful. The boys loved fishing on the little ponds, and even managed to catch a few. And they had their first experience of open water swimming in the lake. It’s very quiet through the week. Don’t know about weekends. And there is a cafe and bar which we made use of. Would definitely recommend as a short break with kids to enjoy nature and be away from town/city life. "

"Apartment is great if you want to be right in the heart of the city but during our stay the front door to the apartment complex did not lock and was not fixed during our 2 night stay. Did not make us feel the safest, thankfully the area seemed safe. The bed is not the comfiest, and the bathroom is very small. "
