"Very disappointing stay , We arrived after a 9 hour drive , when we arrived the cottage wasn’t cleaned and no bedding , We rang both Wayne and Karen , we decided to go buy some bedding , on route Karen did ring back to be fair and apologised saying she was told we was due on the 6th , (day of departure,) Went to the pub for an hour and Karen had the cottage ready , I thanked her by tx but no communications back , nothing from Wayne all week , I would of expected a follow up chat asking if...

"Stunning grounds and setting, excellent food and presentation, simply the best service from staff who went above and beyond. Only downside was I couldn't pay by Amex, the first hotel I've stayed in that doesn't accept it."

"We received a genuine warm welcome from Katrina & were made to feel very much at home, Our bedroom was comfortable & the facilities were acceptable. Katrina produced a spectacular breakfast & seemed to happily be involved in everything whilst heavily engaged in examinations !! Some University will be very lucky to have Katrina as an undergraduate . A rewarding , down to earth experience &!would strongly recommend."
