Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms and nice bathroom. Dinner in the restaurant t was delicious. The best pork I’ve ever had. Nice bar patio area. Would definitely recommend d this property. "

"We had the smallest room available (13 m2). It was cropped with a double bed, a tiny desman a cupboard. That was all fine, but the mattress was really bad. The toilet reservoir took an hour to refill. The bathroom was adequate. We did not try the breakfast. The lady at the reception was friendly but not very helpful. "

No toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. There appeared to only be one lady doing her best to manage lots of guests. Breakfast was disorganised and not enough crockery, we couldn’t all have cereal because there were no more clean bowls.

I did a walk around the castle and they also have a garden, growing their own food. I wish I had a breakfast or dinner in here but I was there only for a few hours of sleep.

Location was very convenient for the motorway although not much else around. The hotel did have a restaurant which only served pizzas (very tasty) although we did notice a pzza delivering to one of the other rooms on our way back to the room.
