"I really liked staying on this side of town. It's much quieter than the city center and it's a lovely walk along the lake to get into the city center (and there's the bus as plan b). Highly recommend the nearby bakery of Pan & Gatô for great croissants, sandwiches, tarts, etc. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Liked having my a private little patio."
"2 min. walk to catch tram into town. free airport shuttle was convenient. Nice rooms. comfortable bed. Breakfast looked nice, but was expensive, so we did not buy. We were also given free ticket to use on public transportation in Geneva. This was very convenient. "
"This hotel provides excellent value for money. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the delicious breakfast and free coffee, tea and water throughout your stay is an added bonus. The room was comfortable and when we experienced a slight problem with the shower drain being blocked it was fixed within half an hour. A pleasant riverside walk takes you to the old town in 10 minutes. We highly recommend this hotel. "
"Modern, clean hotel. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Room well equipped and clean. The restaurant was nicely busy and we enjoyed our dinner there. The outside terraces and pool area are very attractive, with lake views and a lovely old Lebanon Cedar tree in the middle.
We paid 20 euros for overnight parking at the hotel which seemed fair enough as Annecy is such a busy town. The only downside was the main road that runs right next to the hotel and separates it from the lakeside, this does impact the outside terrace but we couldn’t hear road noise in our room at the side of the hotel. "

"Pleasant option in Aix les Bains. It is a bit of a distance from the SNCF station but there are busses. Breakfast was good and had good selections. The pool/spa are a bit more basic than one might believe from the description but were acceptable."
