"Great spot - had water views from our balcony and enjoyed the live music since we’re there during the jazz festival. Walking distance to everything including lovely cafe’s and Michelin rated restaurants (highly recommend Les Pecheurs). The roof top pool, bar, restaurant was great. Also walked to the Port where we took kayaks out and chattered a private boat."

"The property is one of a kind, nested in a luxurious park with many different types of plants and trees, perfectly well groomed and kept. It has it all: swimming pools (one has a slide for kids, and a sand beach), outstanding spa, gym facility etc. The restaurants are all high end, along with te famous "La Table de Pierre". The staff is perfect, the place sits in a beautiful walkable park. It is not only a 5 stars hotel, it is also a "Relais Château", which counts only top notch properties in the world. The kids club is also great, although not free of charge. Nice, Antibes and the Côte d'Azur are close by within reasonable driving distance, and there is a nice shopping mall 5 minutes away. This place is just luxury at its best."

The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Côte d'Azur, and amenities like the kitchenette made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and convenient stay in Le Cannet."

"Superb staff. Great place to stay. There is a bus in to Antibes and Nice. A Carrefour supermarket nearby also. To add in a McDonald's and Burger King if you wish. The Hotel has a swimming pool and Gym. There is so much to do in the area that we used it as a base mainly to spend time at Antibes old Town, Nice and Monaco. Great experience one to do. Great and friendly people."

"The hotel closed the pool for chlorine during the day - on a day when the red flags were up at the beach which means no swimming. Really poor planning. You can chlorinate the pool any time, to do it in the middle of the day is dumb. We only stayed for 3 nights so it was disappointing. "

"It was really clean and easy to check in. They have Valet parking out front and breakfast (expensive €26 per person). The rooms were clean, the bathroom was spacious and lovely with jack and jill sinks, the shower had a waterfall showerhead as well as a hand held shower head. Location was great for Cannes, 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the main beach strip with restaurants, 15-20 minute walk to central area with shopping and restaurants."

"Excellent service"

"A castle on the beach, it's quite a dream! Steps away from the sea, you walk up a tower (literally) into the magical Chateau de Theoule, where you walk along stone-paved gardens from the pool, restaurant/bar, spa, and spacious rooms. Parking is available and the valet staff was very professional. The hotel has a private beach club and the water is less crowded than the other beaches nearby. For the price tag and luxury experience, though, I was surprised by the lack of personal care and grooming options available in the room. On the contrary, the spa is worth checking out and the prices are very reasonable! We also were woken up with a blaring fire alarm in the middle of night, were asked to evacuate (the staff had no idea what was going on) and after the entire building was awoken at 4am and the alarm stopped (approx. 10 minutes later), all they said was "it was just a test, you can go back to your rooms." A "test" at 4am?!? All in all, it was a great stay despite a few misshaps. I think the staff as a whole could have been more friendly and hospitable. Most of them seemed very uptight and like something was going wrong at all times (that was just their state of being, nothing was actually happening but it felt like a constant red alert). "
