Every morning you have a bag with baked goods and the coffee station on top floor is great too. Don’t forget to check the little terrace especially at sunset. "

"We stayed here for one night on our way back from Florence to Madrid, before returning to the USA the next day. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service, prices, and food were all excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the bathrooms didn’t have doors, only curtains. The staff helped us arrange a taxi to the airport, and everything went smoothly.
The hotel offers a shuttle service, but it only goes directly to Terminal 4. If you need to get to another terminal, you have to change buses at Terminal 4 to connect to the others. In our case, we didn’t use this service because we were flying out of Terminal 1 with a lot of luggage, so taking a taxi was more convenient."

"I would definitely stay here again. High quality service. Turn down at night with water, chocolate, and slippers was an excellent touch. Staff always greeted me by name. I did a Thai massage in the spa- top notch! The pool isn't amazing but we weren't really there for that."
"The location is great. It’s central to tons of shopping, great eateries and not far from the train station. 15 minute drive from the airport as well. The beds are a little firm but I happen to like firm beds. The staff are unbelievably friendly and are always ready to go above and beyond for you. "
