"We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year"

"The staff was SO sweet. Somehow we booked the romantic suite so were welcomed by a big heart of rose petals on our bed and a bottle of champagne. Since we were not in the mood for a big dinner, the adorable housekeeper set up a spread in the kitchen. They let us park right out front. I could go on, but you get the picture."

Le pedí que nos cancelara la estancia y me devolviera el dinero, lo hizo de forma tal que él no tuviera que pagar la multa de 300 euros que él debía pagar por no atendernos. Lo que no me gustó fue que las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas y el baño compartido no tenía jabón en las duchas, había el dispensador pero nada dentro. Need to be able to speak a little Spanish, or better - Catalan! - if possible, but everyone worked hard to understand what we wanted and daytime desk manager speaks good English. Packed lunches available on request (filled baguette, fruit, water and something sweet - ideal for the mountains)."

"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."
