"Similar review to others. Hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was good, near to railway station for trip to lakes. Interesting interior, but no lift. Were "upgraded" to a room with a hottub that had a mind of its own. Wifi worked well, breakfast was good. Very expensive though."

From check-in to check-out, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d like to especially thank Ms.Sherbet and Ms. Debora for their exceptional service. Of course, the male staff member was also very kind, though unfortunately we didn’t get his name.
During our stay, the weather was quite hot and the room temperature rose a bit, but we requested a large fan and it was promptly provided.
