We were there two nights travelling through so didn’t get the opportunity to use self contact kitchen facility. Staff friendly and accommodating. We were surprised that the location was in more of a business district, so had to drive to restaturants, only one in walking distance. The restaurant was closed on the night we arrived."

When we arrived there was no distance between beds & they were together, making a queen. The staff was for the most part accommodating, except one extremely rude & insulting lady at the front desk. "The Boarding House Heidelberg is the perfect location for you to stay and explore the delightful city. The apartment was spacious with great decor, spotlessly clean, crisp white linen and a large comfortable bed. Only criticism would be the terrible pillows - suggest much better ones needed.
The apartment also gives you a spacious bathroom with powerful shower and hairdryer. The small kitchen area is fully equipped with all you need to rustle up food, a fridge, kettle and coffee maker with very good supplied coffee bags, whitener and sugars.
The room was very quiet with the windows closed but maybe noisier if they were needed to be open.
The lovely lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. We were able to park our motorcycle in the underground parking.
