Throughout the week it grew better, and Thursday-Friday-Saturday, our last days the service was good. So I hope the hotel really improves here, but it may be caused by vacation times."

"We had originally planned to stay at another property in Salzburg but we had issues with their cleanliness and fitness to be in hospitality business really so we refused to stay another night. The hotel staff was able to find us accomodations at the 11th hour and went out extra distance to help us out once we explained our predicament (10 pm and without a place to stay). The property is across the street from Salzburg Football (soccer) stadium, a big shopping mall (and even IKEA) and a train station. The parking at the property is very expensive but there are affordable (and safe) parking options close-by. I can't rate this property highly enough."
