However, the room didn't smell fresh, and the beds were not very comfortable. There wasn't really a room service and no sign that one could request one. "Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Dresden Neustadt, just a short walk from the Altstadt. The room was spacious and quiet, with a luxurious bathroom and elegant style throughout. Parking was easy and reasonably priced right in front of the entrance. Staff were friendly and professional. The only small downside was that the in-room tech felt a bit dated. The TV was old and there were no easy to access power outlets for charging devices. That said, it was still a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

Although the hotel was small and in an older building, it was very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere had a unique charm, and everything was comfortable and tidy.
