"I didn’t appreciate there not being anyone in reception upon my arrival. The front door was locked and I had no idea how to get into the hotel. I tried calling the hotel number with no answer. I had to walk around the back to find an open door. My key was just left in an envelope on the front desk with a note in German I didn’t understand. I couldn’t figure out the room key and it took me 20 minutes to try to get into my room. The next morning there was still no one in reception that could help...

"Es war im zimmer kühl , schimmel in den Ecken und ein Abwassergeruch im gesamten Zimmer, sehr hellhörig. Das Bedezimmer hatte noch Haare auf dem boden die nicht von mir stammten. Der empfang sehr Unfreundlich und die Telefonnummer an der tür nicht erreichbar. Jedoch die Mitarbeiterin am morgen sehr freundlich und organisiert."
