"The entire experience was amazing. The hotel room feels new, big, has wonderful facilities, and is clean. Everything in the room was designed properly - it was really well thought off. "Great hotel with a great location. Near the ocean and only 25 min. away from Lübeck Altstadt. The perfect combination of a city holiday with relaxation. The spa was sadly closed due to environmental concerns. The pool was a bit too cold to relax in, it was more of an exercise pool. Two saunas, one with and one without bathing suits on. Great restaurant onsite with delicious breakfast (€19 per person), lunch and dinner."

The rooms where nice and had everything we needed. The location was also very nice, close to the ocean and to some alright restaurants. "Good value stay in a modern hotel within a reasonable distance of Lübeck centre. Car parking is right next to the hotel and plentiful at a reasonable cost. The hotel was really very clean and the room we had was spacious and airy. The breakfast is served in the rooftop restaurant which has some of the best views you will see when having a breakfast anywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

My only complaint is that because restaurants close so early in Germany we found ourselves without any access to food upon our arrival. The hotel offers nothing. They should at least have sandwiches or fruit or bread options for those arriving later than 9:30pm. We walked the city looking for open restaurants but found none and we ended up going to bed hungry. Since the hotel is aware of this, they should have options for late arrivals. "

"this hotel does not have AC so summer nights are hot and sensitive people can't sleep. our room faced the inside area where many birds are constantly active - so it's loud. and because we had to open the window due to heat, we could not sleep due to the noise. breakfast was ok, but not special. very large hotel and very busy"
"Sehr gute Lage und ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten! Der Dünenpark und der Strand sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
Leider war der Balkon ziemlich verschmutzt mit Lebensmittelresten von den vorherigen Gästen. Dementsprechend befanden sich viele Ameisen auf dem Balkon. Zudem hatten wir einen löchrigen Sonnenschirm und einen Blumenkasten voller Unkraut.
Mit dem Zimmer an sich waren wir zufrieden - die Badezimmer sind modern gestaltet."
"The two twin beds were Murphy beds pulled down from the bureau. Once pulled down, there was very little space in the room with supports we had to be careful to not stub our toes on. The bathroom, however had a lot of space! The breakfast was wonderful!"

"It's a beautiful property for a quiet rest, so long as you stay at the property as there is nothing else in the area within walking distance. Spa services were not as advertised, and had to be booked an hour in advance, and were not the same hours as listed - closing at 6PM instead of 9PM, with massage having to be booked even further in advance.
